Kasada

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Kasada is a cybersecurity company built around stopping sophisticated automated threats across websites, apps, and APIs. They already had a distinctive identity in place when I came on. My role was to help turn that identity into a more complete working brand system, refining the visual language and establishing how it should translate across print, digital, presentations, and other applications.

01 / BRAND IN PRACTICE

Extending an established identity.

Kasada already had a strong visual foundation with bold typography, bright color, geometric shapes, and a very distinct graphic language. I worked within that system to tighten the details, clarify how the elements should interact, and create more consistency across new materials. The goal was to make the brand easier to apply without losing the personality that made it recognizable in the first place.

02 / APPLICATION SYSTEM

Building consistency across every touchpoint.

A large part of the work involved translating the brand into pieces with very different jobs. A presentation needs to organize information differently than a social graphic, report, event piece, or sales asset. I made those decisions application by application, adjusting hierarchy, scale, typography, color, imagery, and graphic elements while keeping everything clearly within the same visual system.

03 / BRAND RULES

A flexible system for future applications.

As the number of applications grew, the work became increasingly about creating repeatable logic. Certain layouts, graphic treatments, and relationships between elements could become recognizable parts of the brand instead of being reinvented every time. That gave Kasada more consistency across its materials while still leaving enough flexibility for different audiences, formats, and types of content.
